I was born in 1972 near Malmö, Sweden, grew up by the sea, surrounded by Skåne’s open landscapes—elements that deeply inspire his abstract landscape paintings. With a background in graphic design and marketing, painting has become Stellan’s primary focus. He simplifies landscapes and objects, stripping them to their essence of shape, colour, and texture, creating art that invites personal interpretation.
